Method
- Add the frozen mango, pineapple, and banana to a blender.
- Pour in the orange juice and coconut water or almond milk.
- Add the camu camu powder.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or agave if you want it sweeter.
- Blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve right away.
Notes
- Camu camu is very sour. Stick to one teaspoon at first.
- Frozen fruit gives the best texture without adding ice.
- Drink it fresh. Vitamin C breaks down if it sits too long.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid.
