Method
- Wash the blueberries and peel the banana. Freeze the banana if you want a thicker smoothie.
- Add blueberries, banana, hemp seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more frozen banana/ice for thickness.
- Pour into a glass and optionally top with extra blueberries or hemp seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use any plant-based milk you like; coconut or oat milk also works.
- Frozen blueberries work great if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sweetness based on your taste. Maple syrup or honey is optional.
- You can double the recipe for two servings.
