Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag or herbal tea of your choice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Juice of ½ orange
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Brew the green tea by steeping the tea bag in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add lemon juice, orange juice, and honey to the brewed tea, stirring well.
  3. Drop in fresh mint leaves and let them steep for a minute.
  4. Stir again and enjoy the soothing, refreshing tea!

Notes

You can customize the sweetness by adjusting the honey amount. For a caffeine-free version, use herbal tea instead of green tea. This tea is best enjoyed fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers for up to 24 hours. Add more mint leaves for a stronger mint flavor.
