Prep Ingredients: Wash kale thoroughly and remove stems. Peel banana and cut into chunks.
Add to Blender: Place kale first, then frozen pineapple, banana, and optional chia seeds or ginger.
Pour Liquid: Add almond milk to the blender.
Blend: Start on low speed and increase to high until smooth and creamy.
