Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the wings in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
