Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread into desired thickness.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic (or garlic powder), olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
For a cheesy twist, sprinkle a small amount of low-fat Parmesan cheese on top before baking. You can also make it vegan by using plant-based butter instead of olive oil.
