- Wash basil leaves and peel garlic cloves.

- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while processing until smooth. Add more oil or water for desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice.

Feel free to experiment with different nuts or reduce olive oil for even fewer calories. Use this pesto to top pasta, grilled veggies, or as a spread for sandwiches.
