- Peel and cube the papaya. Chop pineapple if using.
- Add papaya, pineapple, chia seeds, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup if your fruits are not sweet enough.
- Blend on low first, then high, until smooth.
- Check consistency. Add milk if too thick or ice if too thin.
- Pour into a glass. Sprinkle with nuts, chia seeds, or coconut flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
