Method
- Put the Greek yogurt in a medium bowl.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in fresh dill and chives.
Optional: Fold in grated cucumber or cottage cheese if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Serve with carrot sticks, cucumber slices, pita chips, or as a spread.

- You can make this dip a day ahead—it actually tastes better after chilling.
- If you like a thinner dip, add 1–2 teaspoons of water or milk when mixing.
