Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Optional mix-ins:
  • 2 tablespoons grated cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce or chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese

Method
 

  1. Put the Greek yogurt in a medium bowl.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in fresh dill and chives.
Optional: Fold in grated cucumber or cottage cheese if desired.
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
  3. Serve with carrot sticks, cucumber slices, pita chips, or as a spread.

Notes

  • You can make this dip a day ahead—it actually tastes better after chilling.
  • If you like a thinner dip, add 1–2 teaspoons of water or milk when mixing.
