Add liquid first: Pour almond milk into your blender. This makes blending easier.
Add greens: Toss in spinach and barley grass powder.
Add fruit: Add banana and berries. Frozen fruit makes the smoothie creamier.
Blend: Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth. Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
Sweeten if needed: Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
