  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
Glaze:
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Mix the Meatloaf
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and chili flakes. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon. Don’t overmix or it will be dense.

  6. Transfer the mixture to your loaf pan. Shape it into a loaf with a slightly rounded top.
  7. Prepare and Add Glaze
  8. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Dijon mustard, and honey. Spread the glaze evenly on top of the loaf.
  9. Bake
  10. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  11. Rest and Serve
  12. Let the loaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • You can swap breadcrumbs with oats or almond flour.
  • For extra flavor, mix shredded carrots or zucchini into the meat mixture.
  • Leftovers taste great cold or reheated.
  • Use a thermometer to make sure it reaches 165°F to stay safe and juicy.
