Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheat wrap or gluten-free
  • 3-4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp hummus or preferred dressing
  • Optional: 1/4 avocado sliced tomato, shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Spread hummus or dressing on the wrap.
  2. Layer spinach leaves evenly across the wrap.
  3. Add turkey slices, and optional toppings like avocado and tomatoes.
  4. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. Slice and serve with a side of your choice.

Notes

You can easily customize the wrap with other ingredients like cucumbers, shredded carrots, or grilled chicken. For a low-carb option, use a lettuce leaf instead of a wrap.
